Cracks in the story are everywhere.

Slow down, hold the moment just a little longer,

enough to see beyond the first glance.

There is more, always.

Sometimes it becomes apparent from the corner of the eye.

A glance through the opening in the cloth of denial and illusion,

a moment which needs no explanation.

What is necessary wants to be seen.

Hopefully felt.

We move through our lives

the meeting point of our skin and atmosphere

defines our place in time, constantly changing.

We live in the story

the one we all write

with every breath.

I was born into a family of subversives. Cause was everything. If not, what’s the point. For over fifty years I have been serving carrot juice to millions.
